Feature request: Edit and unsend Instagram DMs via Inbox API

Hi Zernio team,

We use Zernio’s Inbox API to send and receive Instagram DMs inside our CRM. We’d like to request support for two actions on messages sent by the connected Instagram account:

1. Edit a sent Instagram DM.

2. Delete/unsend a sent Instagram DM.

We saw that Zernio already has generic message endpoints:

• PATCH /v1/inbox/conversations/{conversationId}/messages/{messageId}

• DELETE /v1/inbox/conversations/{conversationId}/messages/{messageId}

However, the documentation currently says editing is only supported for Telegram, and deleting is not supported for Instagram.

Our use case is to let support/sales agents quickly correct or remove messages sent by mistake from our CRM, with local time limits and audit logs. We already support this flow for WhatsApp through another provider, and would like to offer a similar experience for Instagram.

Do you have plans to support editing or unsending Instagram DMs via API? If this is a Meta/Instagram API limitation, could you confirm whether there is any alternative approach or recommended implementation?
