We are not able to build this: Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) has no Channels surface at all. There is no endpoint to create a Channel, publish an update, or read followers, and Channels stay admin-only inside the WhatsApp app. Tools that advertise Channels automation drive an unofficial, reverse-engineered WhatsApp Web session, which risks the number being banned, so it is not something we will ship on an official BSP-track integration. What does work with us today is the official Cloud API path: scheduled template broadcasts to opted-in contacts via POST /v1/broadcasts, plus the shared WhatsApp inbox for the replies that come back. If Meta ships a public Channels API, we will revisit this.

Having the ability to pull in customer conversations and create content to respond to them similar to Google reviews would be killer! Even better if we could create content to market via WhatsApp business profiles!
