Request for a specific area code number in Brazil

Is there a chance that a number from Florianopolis (Brazil, area code 48) will be added to the list of available numbers to pick a new number? I'm applying it for an individual number, but I have close ties with the name of the city, we really need this. Thanks in advance!

I’ve seen it before in the list, but I could not complete the process at the time and I never saw it available again (I check it from time to time).
