Quote reply (replyTo) support for Facebook Messenger in the Inbox API

Problem:

The replyTo field on POST /v1/inbox/conversations/{conversationId}/messages works for WhatsApp, Telegram and Slack, but on Facebook Messenger it is removed before sending. The message goes out with no quote and the response returns an ignored_field warning for replyTo.

Request:

Support replyTo on Facebook Messenger so we can reply to a specific customer message with a native quote. Meta's Messenger Send API supports this through reply_to.mid, so the platform message ID we already receive in the message.received webhook could be forwarded.

Why it matters:

Customers often send several questions in a row. Without native quotes, our answers can be matched to the wrong question, which causes confusion and slower support. For businesses that handle customer conversations through Messenger, this is a key feature. The current workaround (adding a text snippet of the original question to the reply) works, but it is not as clear or as clean as a native quote.

Nice to have:

The same support for Instagram DMs, if Meta allows it.

Thanks for logging this, Ana and team!
