PUT + DELETE Reviews to Google Business Profile

Feature Request

Right now we can GET Reviews which is a great first step but for our platform we really need the ability to POST replies to reviews as well.

Currently as far as I can see in the docs we have:

✅ GET Reviews

We don’t yet have but I’d love to have:

❌ PUT reviews/{reviewId}/reply

❌ DELETE reviews/{reviewId}/reply

We’re hoping to make a system where users can do full reputation management and GBP is one of the most critical places for reputation management so this would be KILLER for us!!

    Hey Joe! Great news, we actually already support both of these operations today!

    Here are the endpoints you're looking for:

    Reply to a review: POST /v1/inbox/reviews/{reviewId}/reply

    Delete a review reply: DELETE /v1/inbox/reviews/{reviewId}/reply

    Both require the accountId in the request body, and the POST takes a message field with your reply text.

    You can also use GET /v1/inbox/reviews to fetch reviews across all your connected platforms (GBP, Facebook, etc.) with filters like minRating, hasReply, and platform.
