Profile photos in IG DMs

Feature Request

When Zernio loads the inbox when we connect our social media profiles (example: Instagram), it doesn't pull profile photos as ManyChat does. It would be a great function if we could actually see their profile photos in the inbox.

Export the profile photo (avatar) URL for WhatsApp and Instagram contacts, just as ManyChat does.

Currently, the webhook provides the wa_id and profile.name, but no reference to the contact's photo. We would like to explore the possibility of also receiving the avatar URL so that we can display each person's image within the respective conversation.
