Meta Lead Forms: expose SMS verification + Messenger lead chat settings

Hello! We’re using Zernio to create and publish Meta Lead Ads end-to-end, and the workflow is working well overall. We’d like to request support for two Meta Instant Form settings that are currently important for our lead-generation workflow.

Meta Ads Manager allows these options when configuring an Instant Form:

• Require SMS verification before submitting the form

• Chat with Instant Form leads — after the lead submits the form, Meta can automatically continue the interaction through the connected Facebook Page’s Messenger and carry the lead context into the conversation.

What would make this usable for a multi-tenant platform like ours:

• Expose both options in the Zernio Lead Form creation API

• Allow us to enable them when creating a form through Zernio, instead of requiring users to reopen Meta Ads Manager afterward

• Return the current enabled/disabled state when retrieving an existing form

• Ideally allow these settings to be included in the same Lead Form creation flow as questions, privacy policy, thank-you page, and other Meta-specific form settings

Our intended workflow is:

Create Campaign / Ad Set / Ad → create Instant Form through Zernio → enable SMS verification + Messenger lead chat → publish

Right now, forms created through Zernio appear in Meta Ads Manager with both options disabled, and we cannot find corresponding fields in the public Lead Form API.

This means our factory customers currently have to leave our platform, open Meta Ads Manager, find the form/ad manually, and enable these options themselves, which breaks an otherwise fully automated advertising workflow.

Could you confirm whether these two Meta settings are already supported through another Zernio field or endpoint? If not, support for them would be very useful for platforms building automated Lead Ads + Messenger follow-up workflows.
