Instagram Message Requests missing from Inbox API / webhooks

We need access to Instagram Message Requests (the “Requests” folder — DMs from people who don’t follow the account / aren’t followed back). Today we only see conversations with status active / archived via:

• GET /v1/inbox/conversations • related conversation/message endpoints • message.received webhooks

Meta’s Graph API exposes these via GET /me/conversations?platform=instagram&folder=requests. We don’t see an equivalent in Zernio.

Impact: businesses miss inbound DMs that stay in Requests until opened in the Instagram app. That’s a real gap for an inbox product.

What we’re asking for:

1. List/filter Message Request conversations (e.g. status=request or folder=requests)

2. Deliver message.received (and related events) for those conversations in real time

3. Clarify in the docs whether Requests are included today, and how acceptance / move to Primary is represented
