Immediately Auto DM for follow gated campaign

The Challenge:

Currently, the "Only Followers" automation flow is opaque and prone to edge-case failures. When set to "Only Followers" with confirmation enabled, users who don't follow the account are often "blocked" silently, receiving no DM, no prompt, and no public reply, leaving them feeling ignored. Additionally, public replies are currently delayed until after the lead magnet is delivered, creating a disjointed user experience in the comments section.

The Solution:

I am requesting a more dynamic, transparent "Follower Gate" workflow that solves these friction points:

Consistent Public Engagement: Ensure public replies trigger immediately upon commenting, regardless of follow status. This keeps the comments section active and engaging even while the DM-based gate logic runs in the background.

Fail-Safe Visibility: If an automation gate triggers, the system should always provide some form of communication, either the resource (for followers) or the "Please Follow" prompt (for non-followers) to ensure no lead is left ignored.

Why it matters:

Creators rely on comment-to-DM automation to drive growth. When the gate logic fails or public replies are delayed, it damages conversion rates and user trust. This update would provide a seamless, interactive experience that feels like a native part of the Instagram flow, increasing both follower counts and lead magnet delivery success.

PS I'm working with Zernio’s wonderful dev team on this hopefully we will come to a resolution but I wanted to post it here in case others are having issues as well.
