Facebook @mentions for partner profiles

Proposed change:
Add the ability to tag partner profiles on Facebook using @mentions, similar to the functionality currently available for Instagram.

Rationale:
This feature would streamline the publishing of partner-related content, increase the visibility of tagged profiles, and ensure a more consistent publishing experience across Facebook and Instagram.
