Draft posts notes

I just started using the social media posts with my team using Draft posts. Because the team is working independently and is getting quite hard to transfer the information for each post from one person to another, it looks simple and nice to have a notes field in the Posts card.

This it could be helpful in several ways. For immediatly and scheduled posts can have notes related to the given post, but also for drafts keep notes you like to remember later or to share info about a post for other collaborating members.
