Bulk webhook redeliver / date filter on webhook logs

Please let POST /v1/webhooks/logs/redeliver accept "all failed events since <timestamp>" (or add a date/time filter to GET /v1/webhooks/logs), so integrators can recover every missed event after an outage in one call instead of one eventId at a time.
