Branded Calling: show your business name, logo and call reason on outbound calls (US)

Outbound calls from your Zernio numbers can show your business name, logo and reason for calling on the callee's phone instead of a bare number or "Spam Likely", the way Hiya Branded Call does.

How it works

• Register your business once (POST /v1/branded-calling/enterprises): legal name, tax id, contacts, addresses. US and Canadian businesses only; the display works on calls from US numbers to US mobiles.

• Create a caller identity (POST /v1/branded-calling/identities): display name, logo, call reasons, the person authorizing it, and three references the carrier vetting team phones.

• We review it, file it with the carrier, and the authorizer confirms a 6-digit code by email. Then it goes through carrier vetting on its own.

• Once verified, attach your US numbers with a Letter of Authorization signed in-app. Nothing changes on the call itself: the branding rides the STIR/SHAKEN signature.

• Track everything with GET /v1/branded-calling/identities/{id} and the branded_calling.identity.status_updated webhook, or from the dashboard.

Where it displays: US mobiles on T-Mobile and Verizon (Samsung, Motorola and TCL phones on Android 14+, iPhone XS and newer on iOS 18.5+). Carrier-provisioned phones are the most reliable; unlocked and MVNO phones may show less or nothing, and landlines never do. The carriers verify eligibility, they do not guarantee display.

Pricing: $100 per caller identity per month (the first month is charged when we file it with the carrier and is not refunded if the carrier rejects it), plus $0.10 per branded call.
