Add podcast platform distribution to Zernio
As an agency running fully API/AI-driven publishing for multiple clients, I'd love to push audio episodes to podcast hosts like Spotify for Podcasters and Apple Podcasts from the same API and profiles I already use for social. Being able to schedule an episode, set title/description/artwork, and manage it per client alongside my other 14 platforms would let me handle podcasts without leaving the workflow. Even basic support for one or two major podcast hosts to start would be a big win.

Spotify for Podcasters and Apple Podcasts cannot be added as publishing platforms: Spotify has no episode upload endpoint at all (its public API is read-only), and Apple's only third-party publish path is Delegated Delivery, which is restricted to approved podcast hosting providers. Both directories ingest episodes from the RSS feed your host serves, so doing this the way you describe would mean Zernio hosting your audio and serving the feed, which is a different product from social scheduling.
What is buildable is an integration with a podcast host that does expose a public episode API (Transistor, Buzzsprout and Captivate all do), which would cover scheduling an episode with title, description and artwork per client. We are leaving this open for that: tell us which host your clients are on and we will weigh it. In the meantime you can already push the episode announcement across your other platforms from Zernio, including a video version to YouTube.
