Instead of deleting and recreating, edit the post in place with PUT /v1/posts/{postId}, sending a new mediaItems array containing the replacement video URL. Scheduled (and draft, failed, partial, cancelled) posts are editable, and the post keeps its schedule and id. In the dashboard, open the scheduled post and swap the media.
