7 day response window

Can you guys increase the response window from 24 hours to 7 days? After someone ghosts our messages,, we are only able to text them through Zernio in the first 24 hours of no response. Other services (such as Manychat) allow manual responding (with a human tag) up to 7 days through the app. It’d be great if you could implement that as well.
